I know I haven't been posting interesting and weird stuff for you guys in the last month. I've been working alot and I've got a horrible addiction I should have never messed with it. This addicitive substance is known as WoW or as non-nerds know it as World of Warcraft. Yes I fell down and I must get up from it.

Don't worry! I haven't forgotten about the Fluff. The last few weeks has been pretty crazy though for me. To start, I lost my Hospital position because I took too long to get Medical clearance from a Cardiologist. I don't really have medical insurance and Dr's wanted cash up front or weren't accepting new patients. What was I supposed to do? I tried..

Now, about my heart rate. When I went to get a physical, that Dr. Said that my heart rate was so low that I was at risk of heart failure [or something]. He got 30-40 bpm. He says normal is like 70. Maybe he was trying to scare me? I don't know jack about heart rates, etc. The Dr. Also told me that I wasn't an Athelete [which I'm not] so there's something wrong. "Go see a Cardiologist" is all he said. No further help from that asshole. Thanks..

I don't know if my hour after hour long sessions of Dance Dance Revolution [DDR] have something to do with this. I highly doubt it, but it could be. It's weird because where some people get tired after doing Heavy song [like 8-9 footers], I can do it 3 times again if I really wanted to. I've done a 9 footer 3 times in a row before [It was actually Dead End on Heavy]. I tried to full combo and didn't even get close.

There's more to this story. I noticed that I drink more Energy drinks than usual. Practically every other day I'm doing something. Mainly when I'm on my way to work, or sometimes when I'm about to DDR. Did I mention that these are the HUGE 24oz cans? Rockstar is my favorite, but I also drink Monster as well as Nitro 2 Go. They speed up your heart rate from what I understand. It's like I'm addicted to them or something. I don't know..

I'll find out when I go to the Dr. this week. I finally found a Dr. [Dr.. Zimmerman] that's going to see what's up with me. My Dad wants to go too because he's paying, and he's concerned. I'll post more as I find out what exactley is wrong, if anything.

As you may have noticed, there hasn't been much "fluff" in the past few weeks. I've been busy working and trying to get medical clearance to work at my second job. It seems like my heart rate is too low [44 last time I had it checked] and the Hospital I got the job at doesn't want to be liable if anything happens. So I'm on "hold" from work. Great..

On another note, I'm doing all of my X-Mas shopping tomorrow. I'm mostly shopping for my daughter, and my sister's kids. The Adults are getting X-Mas cards. I don't really have the loot to blow on a bunch of gifts for everyone so I have to be wise about my shopping. On top of that, I have two bills that I have to send payments for this Friday. ..SUPER!

I can honestly say that the "Holidaze" are my worst time of the year. Sorry for the lame post/rant/whatever it is. More will come...Soon.

So I came across a trailer over @ TXB for one of the first real Xbox 360 JRPG's called "Lost Odyssey". Just to let everyone know, this is one of those "I snuck my cam into the Theatre" types of videos so it'll be "cropped" and a little blurry. It still is indeed..Amazing. This is what the Xbox brand has needed for a very long time. Can't wait to see actual gameplay footage. This looks very promising!

Comedian Richard Pryor died Saturday of a heart attack, what his wife Flynn Pryor told CNN...he was only 65 years young.

Richard Pryor was known as the most foul mouthed comedian of his time and anytime. Behind the foul language and crude jokes was his true insight on modern life and race relations. He was also one of the first black actors in Hollywood to cut his own deals. In 1983 he cut a HUGE deal with Columbia picture for the tune of $40 million dollars for a 5 year contract.

He influenced many of the great stand ups today like Eddie Murphy, Arsenia Hall, Damon Wayans, Robin Williams, David Letterman and Dave Chappelle.

He was truely a legend and a fantastic man.

Microsoft's "oopsie"..

A Gamer by the name of "Balboa" over at TXB sent in his faulty Xbox 360 for repairs some time ago. He has since gotten it back with a little surprise:

Just got my 360 back from repair. Got a new 360 but inside the DVD drive was a disc "Xbox 360 Xstress Retial Media" and then it says "CONFIDENTIAL" Did any of you guys get this disc too?

I didn't play it because I thought it might be some system disc that might screw with the internal settings.

By the way, I also got a free hard drive back with my repair. I already had one though.

10 pages later in the thread, he posted a few pictures of what was on the Disc. He was afraid of putting the disc into his Xbox 360 because he was afraid it would "mess something up..Again". Click the thumbnails for the full image[s].

Some tried to conclude that it was only a Demo disc for the Kiosks which indeed, it is not. The disc has the date of September 2005 on it. As you can see in the images above, there's a picture of what seems to be a guy in a Cowboy Hat sitting in a chair [playing games?] as well as Motherboard pictures. What the disc is for? No one knows yet. However, people are throwing Balboa offers left and right to get their hands on the disc. Some have even said to sell it to a reputable forum member over at Xbox-Scene. I'm sure they'll be all over it with the C++, Visual Studio, and Motherboard stuff contained on the disc.

Okay, so this has driven me nuts. The last few mornings I have waken up to the sound of slurping. You see, my room mate likes to eat his cereal [Cinnamon Toast Crunch] at the crack of dawn. So at work today I walked passed the DDR USA machine numerous times [which REALLY should be upgraded to at least 5th Mix] and couldn't help but to notice the "Stomp-Stompers". The people that play the game and stomp. One couple stomped away not even following the sequence. I just had to laugh. Then it hit me..My Cell phone records video! So I busted out the phone and recorded a few people making a complete ASS of themselves. I can do that because I can actually play DDR. My level of difficulty? Holiday Fluff

Something tells me this Holiday season is going to suck. Most of you know I just bought an Xbox 360 [which cost about $500 for everything], and of course there's games that I want to buy. On top of that, I have to do X-Mas shopping for my Sister's kids as well as my Daughter [to hell with her Mom! *cough*].

The good thing is, my Room mate works at Toys R' Us and gets a 10% discount on everything in the store. That about saves the sales tax. Am I the only one that thinks X-Mas shopping sucks? :[

The Xbox 360 and I are great though. We're bonding quite nicely and she hasn't frozen, crashed, said the words "Playstation", cheated on me, etc at all. I put about 8 "I'm off of work and can play Xbox all day" hours into her playing Gotham 3 on XBL yesterday. That was fun..

Sorry I don't have interesting to post. It's just a really shitty time of the year IMO. Holiday shopping. Pffffffffff! Last year, I got a sweater that was way too small to wear. That was it. Hmph!

It's official: The camping spot to get my hands on an Xbox 360 is the Best Buy in Hawthorne, California. They're doing a Midnight launch with snacks, sodas, and more. I found this out today when I went down there with a friend. I've had Food Poisoning all day and was too "weak" to even stand up and play the Xbox 360 Kiosk that was setup in the store.

Minneapolis — A World Wrestling Entertainment star was found dead in his hotel room Sunday in Minneapolis, where he was scheduled to appear that evening in a WWE show.

Eduardo Gory Guerrero, 38, didn't respond to a wake-up call Sunday morning, authorities said. His nephew, fellow WWE wrestler Chavo Guerrero, and hotel security at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center forced their way into the room and found him.

There were no apparent signs of foul play, police said. An autopsy was planned to determine how Guerrero died.

His nephew said Guerrero was open about past drug and alcohol abuse but had been sober for four years. Guerrero was married and had three children.

“This is a huge loss,” said WWE chairman Vince McMahon. “Eddie was a wonderful, fun-loving human being. Eddie was a consummate performer.”

Guerrero was a featured star on the UPN series “WWE Smackdown!” and son of Mexican wrestler Gory Guerrero. Last year, he became the second wrestler of Hispanic heritage to be WWE champion, though he lost the title four months later.

UPN also aired a special last year on his life, “Cheating Death, Stealing Life: The Eddie Guerrero Story.” The program chronicled Guerrero's childhood and his struggle with drug addiction that almost cost him his job, family and life.

It Was A Good Day...

Well back in 2002.. I was a lot younger (12-13), no computer, just a PS2 and many...violent games.

DFD: The Beginning - DFD has made many movies in the past, but It Was a Good Day was one of our first. This movie has a very fucked up story line and it shows Video Games (GTA) do in fact influence you. :P

The movie starts out as a guy waking up, finding out he's late for work. He needs money, etc. His air force one's get stolen (Yes, I got a pair of high-tops), and basically just goes on a killing spree.

Things I'm sorry for:

- Bad Quality on the Video (VHS, Recorded it with a video camera while watching the movie on a TV...)
- Bad Acting (We were younger)
- Lack of noises, We didn't have PC's or video editing back then
- Metal Music, Don't like that shit anymore
- Shitty storyline

Anyways, on to the news on how this ties in. In 2006, DFD will be starting to film "It Was a Good Day" . This is going to be a remake of the movie but with a written script, car chases, guns, special effects, and more actors (bitches included)! We're shooting for an hour and a half long movie, and plan to be releasing it on DVD with special features, etc.

A comapny with the name "Fluffpod" (RIP OFF!!!) has annouced "Fluffer". A New soft faux fur cover for your 4th gen iPod, which Apple sorta stopped making the greyscale ones but they still do fit the iPod Photos.

It's 35 dollars and it's FLUFF, so I recomend it because anything fluffy must be good. I can't say the same for their product model...She's kinda fugly.

Konnichiwa!. Most of you know I love Sock Monkeys and stuff. A Sock Monkey is the reason I started this Blog and gave it it's title. Since Robert Brenner [Howard..whatever] kept my Monkey even though I was nice enough to send it around the USA to some friends and total strangers, there just had to be one dick that had to keep my Monkey.

I discovered Tucker Max through my friend Sarah (HEY!) whos dorm I visited. I thought the site was gonna be lame because I had to READ (of all things) these stories. Now I know that I read on TeamXbox that you can buy Xbox 360's at Midnight at WalMart. Hell, I bought Tomb Raider the Movie when it came out at 1am in a WalMart in TX so what's so different about wanting to buy an Xbox 360 at Midnight?

I called Super K-Mart next and the Electronics Dept. guy said the store is open 24 hours but Electronics closes at 10. They'd re-open at 7am on the 22nd.

After that call, I called Best Buy to see if they were doing any sort of Midnight Madness. The lady asked the Manager and they said they didn't have anything planned yet. She also told me to check back later on. Some Best Buys [in other States] are doing a Midnight launch..

As I find out more, I'll be sure to post it up. Now I kind of wish I pre ordered my Xbox 360 but fear not! I'll get my Xbox 360...

Preparing for the Xbox 360 launch

It's game time! With a little under one Month to go, I've started getting my money together in an attempt to get my Xbox 360 from...Walmart. Kiros and I will be "camping out" in Walmart. The original plan was to sit in front of Best Buy, but what's the point of doing that when Walmart is open 24 hours?

Best Buy is supposedly having a Midnight launch in certain areas. I haven't called my local Best Buy to confirm it yet, but I'm definitely going to do so in a day or two. The Walmart "camp out" should be interesting though. You see, all we have to do is go to the Sporting Good's aisle, grab a couple of folding chairs, buy some snacks from Chip/Soda/Etc aisle, head back to Electronics and setup shop. Sure, we might look like a bunch of nerds but I WANT MY GODDAMN XBOX 360!

There's no telling how many other people have the same idea we have but we'll soon find out. I'm going to "scout" Walmart around 6pm and if no one's there, Kiros and I will get there around 8pm. Since Xbox 360 officially launches on the 22nd, we should get ours at Midnight and go home happy.

I plan on buying the Premium system for $400, and in addition, buying 3 extra games. The games I plan on getting are Perfect Dark Zero, Project Gotham Racing 3, and Dead or Alive 4. I'll go back in a few days and get Condemned: Criminal Origins, and maybe..MAYBE Need For Speed Most Wanted, which unfortunately, is a port.

After reading a Thread over at Team Xbox, it seems like Kiros and I will be just fine getting our Xbox 360's. They are being sold at Midnight and there will be a special place to line up. I think I'm still going to make arrangements to get to Walmart an hour or two earlier. You never know what the "Crazy Christmas Moms" have in store..

Ever since PayEnemy stole $513.24 from my Account, I've been looking for a better Company to use. I've tried everything, even sorry ass GreenZap which looked promising, but in the end, wasn't.

Well, while browsing paypalsucks.com yesterday I came across a link to EasyPay80. Not sure what the hell the 80 in the title means, but whatever. I gave it a shot. I got $5 for signing up [REAL CASH], and I also get $5 for every referral. I wonder where these people get the Money to do such a thing from. Hmm...

Anyways, if you're looking for a solution to PayEnemy [lol], I say go with EasyPay 80. I think a bunch of once dedicated ex-PayPal users run the show. The best part is that you can fund your account over the phone. Someone can even pay for something you may have sold in an Auction over the phone via 800 number. Sweet!

My only gripe is the goddamn User Interface. It's pretty simplistic. I hope it changes sometime soon..

Wired on Mountain Dew

So yesterday was my first day playing the Every 10 Minutes game. That's the game where you can enter codes and try to win an Xbox 360 every 10 minutes. Did I win? HELL NO! But I drank a lot of Mountain Dew. I figure I'll go buy some more later on today. I still have 1 code waiting on the 7:10am [Eastern time] slot. It's 5:41am Eastern time now. I don't think I'll win.

From what I've read, its good to DUMP a bunch of codes on a time slot that has a small amount of people entered for that time slot. I just put one here, one there. The time slots I played had like 1,500+ others. My chances were like..ZERO! But it would be nice to win an Xbox 360. That'd REALLY save me $400 and all I'd have to do is buy games and accessories.

Oh well. I'm going to keep trying. I'll keep the kiddies posted.

Square Enix is (for some odd reason) giving away demos of their game upcoming smash hit RPG, Dragon Quest 8. And I know you're saying, "Square giving me something free?! It must be crap like the Front Mission 4 demo." Well no, I played Dragon Quest 8 at E3 and if you love RPGs period, this is a fantastic title for you to alteast try.

Usana is some Nutritional Company that sells their products at an outrageous price. My roommate works for them [MLM] and I hear he's been trying to plot getting me into this crap with his Director. No thanks, I'd rather work at Mc Donald's.

I would stay away from them, unless you don't mind loosing your friends and having your family hate you. It is viewed as being a cheap and greasy occupation. "Get-Rich-Quick" schemes are not respectable and should be avoided at all costs. The only way people will respect you and your money is if you earned it fairly, not quickly. Some people are successful in multi-level marketing but it is just so slimy and coniving. Please choose a better, more respectable line of work. Good luck!

However, I looked at the brochure and decided it wasn't for me. I already have a health regime and USANA would put me thru the poor house. It sounds all good but why haven't I heard more about it through the regular channels? I know, I know, overhead costs, blah, blah, blah. Still I have to wonder......

From my research, USANA offers a product of above average quality that is very overpriced because of the marketing method employed.

MLM's however are a scam. There is no other way to word it, of the people who participate 99.9% will loose money. This failure rate is higher than gambling!

Truth is, there is no evidence ANYWHERE that shows USANA products to generate more positive health outcomes than average-priced vitamins. USANA has their own labs and conducts their own research to give them the results they want. They take advantage of the lay public by using scientifically-meaningless terms like "highly absorbably", "all-natural", "potent" and other jargon to hoodwink people. Taking a multivitamin has been shown to elicit positive health effects for certain people under certain circumstances. Therefore, go to your local drug store or nutrition store and pick up the same thing for cheaper. All supplements will eventually have to possess a DIN (drug ID #) soon, anyway. This will ensure you are buying a product that has been validated by health canada.

Ten Big Lies of Multilevel Marketing

The multilevel marketing (MLM) field grows, and its member companies multiply. Solicitations to join seem to be everywhere. Its promoters would like you to believe that it is the wave of the future, a business model that is gaining momentum, growing in acceptance and legitimacy, and will eventually replace most other forms of marketing. Many people are led to believe that success will come to anyone who believes in the system and adheres to its methods.

Unfortunately, the MLM business model is a hoax that is hidden beneath misleading slogans. Calling it a "great business opportunity" makes no more sense than calling the purchase of a lottery ticket a "business venture" and winning the lottery a "viable income opportunity for everyone." MLM industry claims of distributor income potential, its glorified descriptions of the "network'" business model, and its prophecies of dominating product distribution have as much validity in business as UFO sightings do in the realm of science.

The very legality of the MLM system rests tenuously upon a single 1979 court ruling on one company. The guidelines for legal operation set forth in that ruling are routinely ignored by the industry. Lack of governing legislation or oversight by any designated authority also enables the industry to endure despite occasional prosecutions by state attorneys general or the FTC.

MLM's economic scorecard is characterized by massive failure rates and financial losses for millions of people. Its structure in which positions on an endless sales chain are purchased by selling or buying goods is mathematically unsustainable, and its system of allowing unlimited numbers of distributors in any market area is inherently unstable. MLM's espoused core business -- personal retailing -- is contrary to trends in communication technology, cost-effective distribution, and consumer buying preferences. The retailing activity is, in reality, only a pretext for the actual core business, which is enrolling investors in pyramid organizations that promise exponential income growth.

As in all pyramid schemes, the incomes of those distributors at the top and the profits to the sponsoring corporations come from a continuous influx of new investors at the bottom. Viewed superficially in terms of company profits and the wealth of an elite group at the pinnacle of the MLM industry, the model can appear viable to the uninformed, just as all pyramid schemes do before they collapse or are prosecuted by authorities.

The growth of MLM is the result of deceptive marketing that plays upon treasured cultural beliefs, social and personal needs, and some economic trends, rather than its ability to meet any consumer needs. The deceptive marketing is nurtured by a general lack of professional evaluation or investigation by reputable business media. Consequently, there is widespread belief that MLM is a viable business investment or career choice for nearly everyone and that the odds of financial success in the venture are comparable or better than other employment or business ventures.

MLM's true constituency is not the consuming public but hopeful investors. The market for these investors grows significantly in times of economic transition, globalization, and employee displacement. Promises of quick and easy financial deliverance and the linking of wealth to ultimate happiness also play well in this market setting. The marketing thrust of MLM is directed to prospective distributors, rather than product promotions to purchasers. Its true products are not long distance phone services, vitamins, or skin creams, but the investment propositions for distributorships which are deceptively portrayed with images of high income, low time requirements, small capital investments, and early success.

Here are ten lies I have identified during more than 20 years of observing the MLM marketplace:

Lie #1: MLM offers better opportunities than all other conventional
business and professional models for making large amounts of money.
Truth: For almost everyone who invests, MLM turns out to be a losing financial proposition. Fewer than 1% of all MLM distributors ever earn a profit and those earning a sustainable living at this business are a much smaller percentage still.

Extraordinary sales and marketing obstacles account for much of this failure, but even if the business were more feasible, sheer mathematics would severely limit the opportunity. The MLM business structure can support only a small number of financial winners. If a 1,000-person downline is needed to earn a sustainable income, those 1,000 will need one million more to duplicate the success. How many people can realistically be enrolled? Much of what appears as growth is in fact only the continuous churning of new enrollees. The money for the rare winners comes from the constant enrollment of armies of losers. With no limits on numbers of distributors in an area and no evaluation of market potential, the system is also inherently unstable.

Lie #2: Network marketing is the most popular and effective new way to bring products
to market. Consumers like to buy products on a one-to-one basis in the MLM model.

Truth: Personal retailing -- including nearly all forms of door-to-door selling -- is a thing of the past, not the wave of the future. Retailing directly to friends on a one-to-one basis requires people to drastically change their buying habits. They must restrict their choices, often pay more for goods, buy inconveniently, and engage in potentially awkward business relationships with close friends and relatives. In reality, MLM depends on reselling the opportunity to sign up more distributors.

Lie #3: Eventually all products will be sold by MLM. Retail stores, shopping malls,
catalogs and most forms of advertising will soon be rendered obsolete by MLM.

Truth: Fewer than 1% of all retail sales are made through MLM, and much of this is consists of purchases by hopeful new distributors who are actually paying the price of admission to a business they will soon abandon. MLM is not replacing existing forms of marketing. It does not legitimately compete with other marketing approaches at all. Rather, MLM represents a new investment scheme couched in the language of marketing. Its real products are distributorships that are sold through misrepresentation and exaggerated promises of income. People are buying products in order to secure positions on the sales pyramid. The possibility is always held out that you may become rich if not from your own efforts then from some unknown person ("the big fish") who might join your "downline."

MLM's growth does not reflect its value to the economy, customers, or distributors, but the high levels of economic fear, insecurity, wishes for quick and easy wealth. The market dynamics are similar to those of legalized gambling, but the percentage of winners is much smaller.

Lie #4: MLM is a new way of life that offers happiness and fulfillment.
It provides a way to attain all the good things in life.

Truth: The most prominent motivational themes of the MLM industry, as shown in industry literature and presented at recruitment meetings, constitute the crassest form of materialism. Fortune 100 companies would blush at the excess of promises of wealth, luxury, and personal fulfillment put forth by MLM solicitors. These appeals actually conflicts with most people's true desire for meaningful and fulfilling work at something in which they have special talent or interest.

Lie #5: MLM is a spiritual movement.

Truth: The use of spiritual concepts like prosperity consciousness and creative visualization to promote MLM enrollment, the use of words like "communion" to describe a sales organization, and claims that MLM fulfills Christian principles or Scriptural prophecies are great distortions of these spiritual practices. Those who focus their hopes and dreams upon wealth as the answer to their prayers lose sight of genuine spirituality as taught by religions. The misuse of these spiritual principles should be a signal that the investment opportunity is deceptive. When a product is wrapped in the flag or in religion, buyer beware! The "community" and "support" offered by MLM organizations to new recruits is based entirely upon their purchases. If the purchases and enrollment decline, so does the "communion.'"

Lie #6: Success in MLM is easy. Friends and relatives are the natural prospects.
Those who love and support you will become your life-time customers.

Truth: The commercialization of family and friendship and the use of"'warm leads" advocated in MLM marketing programs are a destructive element in the community and very unhealthy for individuals involved. People do not appreciate being pressured by friends and relatives to buy products. Trying to capitalizing upon personal relationships to build a business can destroy one's social foundation.

Lie #7: You can do MLM in your spare time. As a business, it offers the greatest flexibility
and personal freedom of time. A few hours a week can earn a significant supplemental income
and may grow to a very large income, making other work unnecessary.

Truth: Making money in MLM requires extraordinary time commitment as well as considerable personal skill and persistence. Beyond the sheer hard work and talent required, the business model inherently consumes more areas of one's life and greater segments of time than most occupations. In MLM, everyone is a prospect. Every waking moment is a potential time for marketing. There are no off-limit places, people, or times for selling. Consequently, there is no free space or free time once a person enrolls in MLM system. While claiming to offer independence, the system comes to dominate people's entire life and requires rigid conformity to the program. This is why so many people who become deeply involved end up needing and relying upon MLM desperately. They alienate or abandon other sustaining relationships.

Lie #8. MLM is a positive, supportive new business that
affirms the human spirit and personal freedom.

Truth: MLM is largely fear-driven. Solicitations inevitably include dire predictions about the impending collapse of other forms of distribution, the disintegration or insensitivity of corporate America, and the lack of opportunity in other occupations. Many occupations are routinely demeaned for not offering"unlimited income." Working for others is cast as enslavement for "losers." MLM is presented as the last best hope for many people. This approach, in addition to being deceptive, frequently discourages people who otherwise would pursue their own unique visions of success and happiness. A sound business opportunity does not have to base its worth on negative predictions and warnings.

Lie #9. MLM is the best option for owning your own
business and attaining real economic independence.

Truth: MLM is not true self-employment. "Owning" an MLM distributorship is an illusion. Some MLM companies forbid distributors to carry other companies' products. Most MLM contracts make termination of the distributorship easy and immediate for the company. Short of termination, downlines can be taken away arbitrarily. Participation requires rigid adherence to a "duplication" model, not independence and individuality. MLM distributors are not entrepreneurs but joiners in a complex hierarchical system over which they have little control.

Lie #10: MLM is not a pyramid scheme because products are sold.

Truth: The sale of products does not protect against anti-pyramid-scheme laws or unfair trade practices set forth in federal and state law. MLM is a legal form of business only under rigid conditions set forth by the FTC and state attorneys general. Many MLMs are violate these guidelines and operate only because they have not been prosecuted. Recent court rulings are using a 70% rule to determine an MLM's legality: At least 70% of all goods sold by the MLM company must be purchased by nondistributors. This standard would place most MLM companies outside the law. The largest MLM acknowledges that only 18% of its sales are made to nondistributors.

Accountability Needed

An FTC trade regulation rule that forces honest disclosure of potential MLM distributor income is desperately needed. Toward this end, Pyramid Scheme Alert has launched a petition drive urging the FTC to force multilevel companies to disclose the true income of their distributors. The requested data would include: (a) the total number of distributors involved in the company for at least three years (or since the company's founding if less than three years); (b) the average incomes of all distributors who have signed up for a distributorship by percentiles, not just the ones deemed "active"; and (c) a "weighted" overall average income of all distributors so that the extraordinary high incomes of the small number at the top are not calculated in with vast majority so as to give a more statistically valid figure.

A friend of mine sent me a link to kidrobot.com and when I clicked, I smiled. I found a nice stuffed Bear to sit in my Car. You know, some people have stuffed animals in their car and all. But in fact, he wasn't. I woke up to the sounds of my roommate slurping on his Cereal. First, who the hell "slurps" their Cereal [besides my roommate]? It was the most annoying thing I've ever heard. I woke up out of my sleep to this:

I like Kanye West. I'm not going to bs, I think his ego and attitude is REAL, the man stays true to how he feels and dosen't hold himself back. For that alot of people don't like him for that and will definately come down on his music for that but if you do you're dumb. Kanye's new production Late Registration is probably one of the best albums all year next to Common's Be.

Kanye grew up a little with this CD and is more soulful. He and co-producer Jon Brion got the songs sounding absolutely amazing. It's a much cleaner sound than what was heard on College Dropout.

And obviously you want to know "Is it better than College Dropout?!", the answer is simply not exactly. While the album sports some better tracks than Dropout it dosen't exactly match the impact that it had.

Late Registration is still an amazing album none the less. Tracks like " Diamonds From Sierra Leone (Remix" featuring Jay-Z make the album worth owning, Jay-Z spits a quick little flow that makes you want him back in the game. Kanye stuffs the soul in the album with "Roses", "Heard 'Em Say" feat. Adam Levine from Maroon 5, and "Hey Mama" which is a beautiful tribute to his mother.

Kanye dosen't forget the streets with "Gone", "Crack Music" feat. The Game, and "Drive Slow" feat. Paul Wall and GLC. Strangely enough I didn't care for Paul Wall's mouth-full-of-bling white ass. But he showed me he could acctually write a decent flow and "Drive Slow" turned into one of my favorite tracks in the album.

The radio songs as I like to call them are "Gold Digger" feat. Jamie Foxx (which btw HE SOUNDS EXACTLY LIKE RAY CHARLES IT IS INSANE!, "Touch The Sky" feat. Lupe Fiasco, and "Addiction". Out of all the songs I liked "Addiction" alot, while if you listen closely you can hear Kanye's famous (and sometimes hated bongo) but it's got a catchy tune.

The ONLY bad song is "Bring Me Down" featuring Brandy, while it must be a favor returned for "Talk About Our Love" on her Afrodisiac album. The song just haults the train to slow and sappy tune. The song isn't bad persay (I exagerrated) it's just not something you'd want hear with all the upbeat songs Kanye has on the album besides "Roses" which is too heartfelt to be considered bad.

Lastly let's talk about a topic alot of people seems to be in debate over. Kanye's flow. He raps like he has to be on the beat every second, it sounds like he playing around half the time and not really pouring out his emotion. One song does have Kanye sounding diffrent and that is "We Major" in which sounds like is short on breath. His rhymes flow well together and he has analogies and smilies out the ass, and that sorta what makes Kanye's flow his own. You can hate or love him lyrically but you gotta admit he has some catchy lines.

Overall, Late Registration is a fantastic album and I'd recomend it to anyone and I mean anyone. It gets:

It seems like Teen Celebrities are losing weight left and right. First, it was Mary-Kate Olsen who did it the unhealthy way. Then Lohan did it and the results were well, less then stellar. Now, Hilary Duff has lost weight too, but she did it the right way. She's eating right, she's working out, and she's got Joel [Lucky Bastard].

I myself didn't mind Hilary's curves at all. They fit her well. She's still pretty and all..Just a bit more "toned". She traded in curves for a more toned look which is totally respectful. Hilary turns 18 on September 28th, two days before yours truly turns the big two-five.

Sacha Baron Cohen aka Ali G was tossed in the ocean by Pamela Anderson's bodyguards in LA after tackling her at her dog's wedding?! Ali G was dressed as Kazakhstani TV journalist Borat when we nailed her into the sand. The tackle sent Pam flying into the sand then he was grabbed by security and then dragged back into the sea.

Evidently Pam now marries her dogs and Ali G tackles washed up pin up models...HBO can't get any better with Ali G.

Recently Big K (Kayne West) was in Canada promoting his new album Late Registration on Toronto's Flow 93.5. Kanye began talking about the stations censorship of the song "Gold Digger" on their station. The station cut out the late line of the third verse which says:

"But you stay right girl/But when you get on he leave yo ass for a white girl."

Appeantly, Flow felt the phrase "white girl" was racist and was edited out. Kanye told the host that he wouldn't return back to the show if they didn't unedit the song. The host began to tell Kanye to freestyle on the subject everytime Kanye tried to justify the use of "white girl", which got him a little to'd.

Then after being interupted again and again he slammed on the desk and yelled at the host and just walked out.

Now if you don't believe me it's right Hurrrr!
